"Soy Protein" is made from 100% low-fat soybean flour, which has passed the production process into agricultural protein. Contains up to 50% soy protein.
How to use Soy proteins is to soak them in cold water. Using 1 part agricultural protein per 2 parts of water, it takes about 5 minutes to absorb the water until it is soft and puffy. (Or soak in boiling water for 2 minutes), squeeze the water out of the cooking.
